ATN X-Sight 5 LRF 5-25x

Disappointing so far. Haven't been able to use it. Received the scope (confirmed firmware was up to date). Unit would not connect by wireless. Called service center & technician did a good job of walking through diagnostics. Concluded unit needed to be returned to the service center for further diagnosis. 2 weeks later unit has not been examined or replaced. Based on their reported excellent customer service track record I’m hopeful I will get a new unit back vs a reworked defective unit.

Product has been sent back for repair a few weeks ago. Still no word

I have already set up the scope but have not been to the range to complete the zeroing and subsequent firing. So far all looks great. I really like what I have seen so far!

There are a lot of options to sort through on this scope. Initial setup has a bit of a learning curve. It doesn't necessarily ship with the latest firmware. Once the Initial setup is complete it works well. The only slight complaint is the button responsiveness, sometimes it takes multiple presses of the same button to select an item on the menu or zooming in.

I love the scope, I have shot it from my 300blk and crossbow and it is amazing, the one shot zero is so easy to get to where you want it to be. The night vision is outstanding, very impressed. The only negative is that the app for the Gen 5 is not released yet so I can not connect to the app to set profiles and mirror the scope, ATN need to get the app out soon as it is mentioned in all of the scope manual and literature, a bit premature selling a product with no IT support.
